Wastewater Treatment
Staged Treatment, Circular Reuse
- Purpose-built 3-stage process for pectin's "high-concentration, high-color" wastewater: pretreatment + biochemical + deep treatment.
- Pretreatment removes peel and large particles; enzymatic hydrolysis reduces load.
- Anaerobic + aerobic stages; biogas from the anaerobic stage is reused for plant heating.
- Deep treatment removes color and micro-pollutants to meet discharge standards, cutting fresh-water intake.
