Overview
Condeboo Citrus Pectin is naturally extracted from strictly selected, high-quality citrus raw materials. High-methoxyl grades set firm, fast gels for classic jams and confectionery; low-methoxyl and amidated grades enable low-sugar and calcium-set formulations for modern, health-oriented recipes.
It is the workhorse pectin for acidic beverages, dairy fruit preparations and plant-based applications where stable protein protection and suspension are required.
